12/25/20: I tried to call you from 5:45-6:00 p.m. to place an order. Phone went to voice mail, which was not set up. I figured you were busy, so drove 20 min to your location to order in person. During that time, the phone rang and was hung up without a word. I called you a total of 20 times and was hung up on. Upon arrival, I was told that you were not taking any more orders because the chef was tired and you had 35 or 40 orders to fill. It was not OK to hang up on me and everyone else who tried to call. All you had to do was answer, say you weren't taking any more orders because you were busy, and then hang up. Instead, you wasted 40 minutes of my time. That is very poor customer service, and you have lost my business.

We tried there food and it’s not bad. I just miss having egg rolls and the sweet sauce. The red one . Disappointed ??

My family went in for dinner on a whim and had a fantastic dinner with great service. I am very picky about Chinese food... the Chinese restaurants in my area are just disappointing. I often get chicken or beef with strange textures that gross me out, or dishes that taste like I bought it in the frozen food isle...there is no pride, no love in the food. I gave up on Chinese style cuisine until I took a chance on Tang Street and was reminded of what excellent Chinese cuisine is all about; delicious, fresh and flavorful food that makes you look forward to your next visit. Tang Street has large-sized dinner portions, and I've had excellent service for my 2 dine in, and 1 take out visits. I highly recommend a visit to Tang Street...they're almost always open!

Found thick pieces of paint chips in my Kung pao beef was promised a refund via telephone, when I showed up to collect my refund I was confronted by the ignorant owner who then started to laugh at me explaining to me that they don't give refunds because it was a to go order and his explanation was that the bell peppers we're going to be too soft so no refund totally overlooked the fact that I had freaking paint chips in my food!!! I wouldn't recommend my dog eat this food!!
